City: Beijing · Clinic type: Dental clinic · Service: Meituan operations
Background
This dental clinic in Beijing has served its local market for many years. Platform traffic was always there, but conversion and redemptions kept falling just short: page information was scattered, the offer structure was muddled, and enquiries were followed up through notes taken by hand at reception.
Starting point
The clinic wanted to turn its existing Meituan traffic into real visits and redemptions without a large increase in advertising budget, so it handed the whole of its store operations to Sanqi Internet.
What we did
- Step one, structure: redesigned the offer structure and price tiers around key categories such as teeth cleaning, dental implants and orthodontics.
- Step two, follow-up: improved how the store page presents information, so patients know straight away "what can be done, how much it costs and how to book".
- Step three, reputation: set up a process for review management and enquiry follow-up, with replies, follow-up calls and visit reminders forming a closed loop.
- Step four, review: reviewed exposure, orders, redemptions and visit data every week, letting the data drive the work.
Results
- RMB 130,700 redeemed on Meituan in a single month
- 21,700 store-page visitors
- 538 orders
For a dental clinic the size of a single clinic, these figures mean the platform is no longer just a source of exposure but a steady source of redemptions.
Why it matters
For a dental clinic on Meituan, the key is not simply "opening a store" but linking traffic, follow-up and reputation into one line. This case shows that redemptions can be scaled through better structure and processes, without adding budget.
Data scope
Case data is based on actual settlements in the client's merchant back end. Results will differ with each clinic's starting point, local competition and treatment mix.
