City: Zhongshan · Clinic type: Dental clinic · Service: Meituan operations
Background
This dental clinic in Zhongshan has operated locally for many years and has a reasonable base of patient trust. But its Meituan store had long stayed in a state of "a store, some offers, little attention". Exposure was unstable, enquiries did not flow smoothly, and the online channel had not really become a route to appointments.
Starting point
The clinic wanted Meituan to become a stable local patient acquisition channel rather than a campaign channel that produced the occasional order, so it handed ongoing operations to Sanqi Internet.
What we did
- Sorted out the store's basic information, treatment categories and visit instructions, to reduce patients' questions before deciding.
- Rearranged the offer structure around high-frequency treatments such as teeth cleaning, fillings and restorations, so the price tiers were clearer.
- Standardised the scripts for handling enquiries, turning "just asking a question" into a path that leads to a booking and a visit.
- Reviewed exposure, orders, redemptions and reviews on a regular cycle, and kept adjusting content and offer priorities.
Results
- RMB 76,800 redeemed on Meituan, +29% month on month
- 54,800 impressions, +51% month on month
The rise in exposure shows the store became easier for local patients to find, and the parallel growth in redemptions shows the traffic was not wasted on people browsing low-price offers.
Why it matters
For a city-level dental clinic, the hard part of Meituan is not opening a store but making exposure, trust, enquiries and visits form a closed loop. This case shows that with ongoing operations, platform traffic can become a stable entry point for patients.
Data scope
Exposure and redemptions are as counted in the client's Meituan back end. Month-on-month change is affected by the clinic's starting point, local competition and treatment mix, and is not a promise of results for every clinic.
