City: Hangzhou · Clinic type: Dental clinic · Service: Meituan operations
Background
Competition for dental spending in Hangzhou is intense: patients have many choices and comparing is easy. Although this clinic had a local operating base, its online store information did not stand out, and patients who found it did not necessarily come to trust it quickly.
Starting point
In a competitive city, the clinic wanted its Meituan page to help patients decide more efficiently, so they could understand the value of the treatments and move smoothly through enquiry and booking.
What we did
- Rebuilt the offer structure in tiers by need, such as teeth cleaning, check-ups and restorations, so not every treatment was crowded into the same price band.
- Strengthened the page content, highlighting the treatment process, who each offer suits and how to get to the clinic, to make deciding easier for patients.
- Supported this with review content management, so real patient experiences contributed to building trust.
- Kept reviewing search, enquiry and redemption data, adjusting the treatment mix and page focus.
Results
- RMB 65,000 redeemed on Meituan
Reaching this scale in a highly competitive city shows that page content and the follow-up process affect final conversion more than exposure alone.
Why it matters
In a city market, patients do not just need to "see you"; they need to decide quickly "why choose you". This case shows the value of treatment tiers, evidence of trust and enquiry follow-up working together.
Data scope
Redemption data comes from the client's Meituan back end. Local competition, clinic location and treatment mix all affect results, and this is not a general guarantee of returns.
