City: not disclosed · Clinic type: Dental clinic · Service: Douyin group-buying operations
Background
Summer is when demand for teeth cleaning peaks, with students, office workers and families all more willing to book. The clinic knew the peak season was an opportunity, but had no single featured treatment or content rhythm, and its traffic was spread across several offers.
Starting point
The clinic decided to feature "ultrasonic teeth cleaning" for the summer, using Douyin content to amplify seasonal demand and group-buying offers to capture it.
What we did
- Focused summer promotion on ultrasonic teeth cleaning, so several treatments were not competing for attention.
- Made content around teeth-cleaning situations, so patients understood the value of the treatment and who it suits.
- Linked this to the group-buying detail page, guiding interest from the content into orders and bookings.
- Reviewed intended purchases, redemptions and visits over the campaign period, adjusting content topics promptly.
Results
- RMB 28,700 in intended purchases (+25.24%)
- RMB 14,700 redeemed
As a high-frequency entry treatment, teeth cleaning brought redemptions in the period and also created points of contact for later check-ups, restorations and return visits.
Why it matters
This case shows that seasonal treatments need a featured offer chosen in advance, consistent content and offers, and fast reviews during the campaign. Spreading advertising thinly is often less effective than concentrating fully on one high-frequency need.
Data scope
Campaign data comes from the summer dashboard in the Douyin group-buying back end, and the percentage is a stage comparison for the client. Seasonal demand varies by region and year, and this is not a promise of fixed growth.
