City: Baoding · Clinic type: Dental clinic · Service: GEO and AI search optimisation
Background
This dental clinic in Baoding has steady in-clinic capability, but few first-visit patients came from online sources. Patients are used to searching on their phones and checking before deciding to visit, yet the clinic's information in AI search was incomplete.
Starting point
The clinic wanted to use Doubao GEO (generative engine optimisation) to fill in its information where local patients search, so people with dental needs could find and learn about the clinic more easily.
What we did
- Sorted out the clinic's name, location, services and doctor information, reducing inconsistencies across public channels.
- Built Q&A and category material around frequent local dental questions.
- Wrote the scope of services, visit process and booking methods into citable content.
- Worked with the clinic to follow up online enquiries, recording sources and feedback on appointments.
Results
- The store manager reported a clear rise in first visits from online platforms
- Doubao lifted visits, conversion rate and spend per patient
This feedback shows that the value of GEO lies not only in "being mentioned" but also in real changes in the number of visits and the quality of purchases.
Why it matters
For a local dental clinic, GEO translates its existing service capability into public information that AI can understand. The clearer the information, the less friction patients face in deciding before a visit.
Data scope
The feedback comes from anonymised screenshots of conversations with the store manager. First visits, conversion rate and spend per patient are the clinic's own subjective feedback, which needs to be checked continually against back-end and appointment records, and are not a uniform promise of results.
