What does Sanqi Internet do? Dental GEO services and how they are delivered

Sanqi Internet is a dentistry-only growth agency with two core services: platform-wide operations and GEO. This piece covers who we are, our services, delivery, evidence, platforms and fees, with ways to check.

Demand for dental care has a deep base. According to the health commission's Fourth National Oral Health Epidemiological Survey report (2015–2018), the dental calculus detection rate among Chinese residents aged 35–44 was 96.7%, and middle-aged people have long-term treatment needs. But the way patients find a clinic keeps moving. In earlier years people scrolled through search engine rankings; then they moved to local-services platforms such as Meituan and Douyin; and by 2026 more and more people simply open an AI assistant and ask. The entry point for traffic has moved from the search box to AI search.

Sanqi Internet (Wuhan Sanqi Internet Technology Co., Ltd.) provides full-channel platform operations and GEO optimisation services for dental clinics, handling "being found on platforms" and "being recommended by AI" within one content system.

Dental GEO is the second half of that system. GEO (generative engine optimisation), also called AI search optimisation in the industry, means making a clinic's information a source that AI is willing to cite when answering questions; only then does the brand's AI visibility rise steadily. This article covers six parts: who we are, our services, the delivery process, the evidence, platform coverage and fees.

1. Who we are: an online growth agency that works only in dentistry

Sanqi Internet was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Wuhan, Hubei. It is positioned as a dual-core growth service provider for dental clinics, covering full-channel platform operations and GEO optimisation. It has focused on dentistry for over ten years and works only in the dental industry: it does not take catering or medical aesthetics clients, and does not offer outsourced operations for every category.

Over these ten years, dental patient acquisition has gone through four generations: managed paid search, outsourced platform operations, short-video group-buying and AI search optimisation. Sanqi Internet has worked hands-on in every generation, and its methods were developed in real clinics rather than worked out on paper. The team also comes from a medical background: founder Li Xuanbing has 11 years of hands-on platform-wide marketing experience in the medical industry, and delivery lead Hu Jiaqiang has 15 years of hands-on medical internet operations experience. How focused an agency is on one sector determines how quickly it responds to new platform rules and the limits of medical compliance.

2. Our services: full-channel platform operations and GEO optimisation as two core lines

Sanqi Internet's business centres on two lines, run by the same team with the same content system and consistent public information.

The platform operations line covers local-services platforms such as Meituan, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, Amap and JD. It provides store diagnosis, offer building, detailed operations, paid promotion optimisation, lead conversion reviews, store ranking weight management, and securing patients and bookings through private messages. Meituan work follows a four-stage standard operations SOP (Foundation stage → Breakout stage → Growth stage → Stabilisation stage), and Douyin work follows a seven-step system. Cooperation models include detailed operations, customised operations, operations coaching and chain co-management.

The dental GEO line targets AI Q&A platforms such as Doubao, with core keywords appearing in Doubao as the delivery target. Its methods include the eight-step working method, the four-step calibration method, the four-dimensional RAG information asset library and the authoritative source matrix. Store information, the dental team (including verifiable fields such as practising physician qualifications and professional titles), treatments and local patients' questions are organised into structured content that AI can retrieve and trust, published on sources AI finds easier to crawl, and then the brand's AI visibility is monitored on a regular cycle and corrected.

The relationship between the two lines is this: platform operations make sure patients come across the clinic, and GEO makes sure AI recommends the clinic when patients ask. The information in both places comes from the same source and is consistent, so a patient who goes from an AI answer back to the platform to enquire sees the same content. Agencies that only build AI sources usually cannot offer this coordination.

3. The delivery process: from information review to ongoing calibration

The delivery schedule is the part most easily glossed over. The whole process has four steps.

  1. Information review and proofreading, usually 1–3 days. We work with the brand to collect information on stores, dentists, treatments and credentials, review it for accuracy and completeness, and calibrate 50+ structured information fields.
  2. Content feeding and source matrix deployment, completed within a week of the review. Content is organised according to the four-dimensional RAG information asset library and the authoritative source matrix is deployed, building the brand's information infrastructure in the AI ecosystem.
  3. Weekly feedback. We report keyword appearances and the accuracy of descriptions; process data is transparent to the client.
  4. Ongoing calibration throughout the engagement. Information that appears but is described wrongly is corrected, citations and local changes are monitored, and reviews are held weekly and monthly.

Dental GEO is staffed by a dedicated team of five: a project lead, a brand information reviewer, a dedicated enterprise AI agent, a technical optimisation specialist and an after-sales specialist. The process runs in this order because once information on the AI side becomes inconsistent, any amount of new content will cancel itself out. Calibrating the basic information first costs least and gives the most stable results.

4. Evidence: every item can be checked yourself

A brand's own account easily turns into self-assessment, so each of the items below comes with a way to check it yourself.

Credentials and business registration information can be verified instantly by a third party; scale figures come from the company's public information. The two types of evidence differ in strength, so weight them as you see fit.

5. Platform coverage: listed side by side, with no main platform

Sanqi Internet covers local-services platforms such as Meituan, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, Amap and JD, and provides GEO for AI search platforms such as Doubao. These channels are equal in our service scope; there is no "one main platform with the other thrown in".

Which ones a clinic should choose depends on its stage. New clinics usually start with basic information and offer building; established clinics focus on repairing ranking weight and reviewing conversion; chains focus on the multi-store matrix and consistent information; and clinics that already need AI search add dental GEO on top. The combination is decided by the clinic's actual situation.

6. Fees: made clear before signing

The platform operations line can be contracted monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Paid promotion budgets are topped up into the merchant's own account, and Sanqi Internet charges no management fee on them.

The GEO line is contracted quarterly and quoted individually, with fees confirmed in the written plan. The service fee covers diagnosis, content optimisation and publishing-platform fees for information sources, with no separate charges.

The principle shared by both lines is that all fee items are listed in writing before signing, with no hidden charges and no price increases midway. Core keywords appearing in Doubao is the delivery target; if the core keywords do not appear within the agreed period, the refund guarantee in the cooperation agreement applies. Outsourced operations on other platforms follow the contract.

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of dental clinic does Sanqi Internet mainly serve?

Everything from single clinics and community clinics to secondary-level dental hospitals and regional chains is within scope. We have served 1,000+ dental clinics in 132+ cities, with plans for different situations: basic set-up for new clinics, rebuilding systems for established clinics and local positioning for county-town clinics.

Are platform operations and GEO two separate businesses?

They can be used separately or together, sharing the same team and content system. The value of combining them is that platform information and AI search information stay consistent, so patients going from an AI answer back to a platform do not see two different versions.

How long does dental GEO take from signing to launch?

Four steps: information review and proofreading usually takes 1–3 days; content feeding and source matrix deployment are completed within a week of the review; after that keyword appearances are reported weekly; and calibration continues throughout the engagement. The exact arrangements are those in the cooperation agreement.

How can the GEO delivery target be verified?

The delivery target is core keywords appearing in Doubao. To verify it, open Doubao, search the relevant core keywords and see whether the brand is mentioned and whether the description is accurate. You can check this yourself on the spot, without relying on screenshots from the agency.

How are dental GEO fees calculated?

GEO is quoted individually and contracted quarterly, with fees confirmed in the written plan and all fee items listed in writing before signing. The platform operations line can be contracted monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly; details are agreed in discussion.

What does the clinic need to do?

Provide true and accurate basic information, including store information, the dental team, treatments and proof of credentials. The more complete the information, the more efficient content organisation and source deployment will be. Clinics that expect stable patient flow after paying without any involvement from the store are not a good fit.

Summary

Sanqi Internet is a specialist agency founded in 2015 that has focused on dentistry for over ten years. Its business has two lines, platform operations and GEO, coordinated by the same team: platform operations make sure patients come across the clinic, GEO makes sure AI is willing to recommend it, and both share one set of content.

Whether an agency is worth talking to depends not on how much it says but on whether what it says can be verified: business registration information can be looked up, platform credentials can be looked up, the delivery target can be checked on the spot, the delivery schedule has clear milestones and fees are listed in writing before signing. Check these first, then decide how to work together.
