Sanqi Internet upgrades its services, adding Amap and WeChat Channels operations

Sanqi Internet has upgraded its service system, adding Amap store operations and WeChat Channels operations and expanding its platform coverage from five platforms to seven.

Background to the upgrade

As patient-acquisition channels in dentistry keep evolving, Sanqi Internet is following market trends and has formally announced a full upgrade of its service system. The upgrade adds two new areas, Amap store operations and WeChat Channels operations, expanding platform coverage from five platforms to seven.

1. New: Amap store operations

1.1 Why add Amap?

Amap has more than 700 million monthly active users, and demand for local searches such as "dental clinic nearby" and "dentist nearby" is strong. Yet many dental organisations' Amap stores are in a "registered and then forgotten" state, missing out on a large amount of free traffic.

1.2 What the Amap service includes

  • POI information optimisation: complete the store name, address, phone number and opening hours
  • Keyword placement: work dental keywords into the store information
  • Photo management: upload high-quality store photos and dentists' credentials
  • Review management: build a system for gaining and replying to reviews
  • Listing group-buying offers: put traffic-driving group-buying offers live on Amap
  • Data analysis: monitor core data such as search exposure, clicks and navigation

2. New: WeChat Channels operations

2.1 Why add WeChat Channels?

WeChat Channels is built on WeChat's social ecosystem of 1.3 billion monthly active users and has a distinctive social sharing power. A dental patient-education video shared through WeChat Moments and groups can reach targeted local users efficiently, with the shortest conversion path (connecting directly to WeCom).

2.2 What the WeChat Channels service includes

  • Account positioning: planning a dentist's personal profile or the organisation's brand positioning
  • Content creation: patient-education videos, case videos and everyday videos
  • Livestream operations: patient-education, Q&A and campaign livestreams
  • Social sharing: designing sharing mechanisms and incentive systems
  • Linking with private channels: seamless connection between WeChat Channels and WeCom
  • Data analysis: monitoring completion rate, share rate and conversion rate

3. Full coverage across seven platforms

After the upgrade, Sanqi Internet's service system covers seven platforms:

4. Client feedback

"We used to work only on Meituan and Douyin. After adding Amap and WeChat Channels, our new patients come from more sources, we do not depend on a single channel, and the business is more stable." (Operations director of a dental chain)

"The quality of Amap traffic is very high. Users are basically nearby people with an immediate need, and the visit rate is over 60%." (Head of a community dental clinic)

5. About Sanqi Internet

Sanqi Internet has focused on digital marketing for the dental industry for ten years, serving 132+ cities across China and 1,000+ dental organisations in total. Its own "Sanqi Acquisition" omnichannel method helps dental organisations achieve sustainable growth.
