Why a dental chain with its own operations staff chose Sanqi Internet again

A dental chain in South China went from cautious first contract to re-signing. It has its own online marketing lead, yet still chose an outside team for shared thinking, expertise and efficient delivery.

1. The first cooperation: checking every clause of the contract

In January 2024, a dental chain in South China worked with Sanqi Internet for the first time. The person in charge, referred to here as X, had studied law and was very careful about contract terms, checking every detail.

This was not distrust, but the basic risk judgement of an experienced business owner. In the end the two sides reached agreement and the project formally began.

2. The clinic itself was not weak

This was not a clinic that "knew nothing about online". Its own operations lead understood online marketing well and worked very smoothly with the Sanqi Internet team.

Because both sides were on the same wavelength, much of the work moved quickly: basic store optimisation, adjusting the product structure, handling platform campaigns, data reviews and day-to-day communication were all put in place fast. The store's results also picked up quickly.

3. Choosing someone else midway was not the end of the story

Because it is a chain, when the one-year contract ended, other shareholders in the business chose a different third-party company for a time. This is common in the industry: shareholders compare prices and try different agencies.

But expertise and delivery habits often only become clear once you actually work together. After comparing again, X still felt that Sanqi Internet's service was more stable, its delivery more professional and communication less effort.

4. This year, choosing Sanqi Internet again

This year, the clinic chose to work with Sanqi Internet again.

What makes this most valuable is that the clinic has its own operations lead who understands online marketing, yet is still willing to bring in an outside professional team to work alongside. Being on the same wavelength creates momentum, expertise makes the work more efficient, and stable delivery gives the owner peace of mind.

5. On price: cheap is not the only standard

Market rates are transparent. Clients with high expectations for service and results usually do not look only at a low price.

Behind the price are how deeply the operations team is involved, how intensive the delivery work is, how often reviews and communication happen, and whether someone stays responsible when problems arise. When comparing prices, check whether the price is real: some quotations look very low, but after signing there is no visible activity in the group chat for long periods, no trace of service, and sometimes no one to be found.

6. On service: the operations team is the core barrier

Starting an operations agency is not hard. What is hard is building a senior operations team that truly understands dentistry, the platforms and conversion.

How far a company can go depends on how much care and responsibility it shows its clients. High service standards bring more referrals; solid delivery brings more renewals. However the market changes, what we keep doing is carrying out the operating work properly.
